AATLF Executive Director

Will Hall is AATLF’s Executive Director. He is responsible for the management and leadership of AATLF ensuring that AATLF fulfills its mission to provide access to assistive technology (AT) to individuals with disabilities in Kentucky and their families to gain greater independence, productivity, and inclusion in the community.

Eric Saul

AATLF Chief Financial & Lending Officer

Eric Saul is AATLF’s Chief Financial and Lending Officer. He is responsible for implementing policies and procedures that expand opportunities for accessing assistive technology devices as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the loan program.

Sarah Love

AATLF Program Manager & Underwriter

Sarah Love is AATLF’s Program Manager & Underwriter. She is primarily responsible for helping people access funding through the Mini-Loan Program. Sarah also provides applicants with information about other possible assistive technology funding resources.

Due to current funding uncertainties, AATLF is shifting its focus to ensure the long-term sustainability of our mission. Starting February 1, 2026, new loan applications will be restricted to Kentucky residents meeting low-to-moderate income guidelines.

To determine eligibility, AATLF will use the higher of the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s income threshold or the resident’s specific county limit.
